Montclair State University Stone Hall

Stone Hall is a 45,000 SF renovation of an existing office building into a new 150 Bed dorm room building including all new mechanical and electrical systems. Complete landscape restoration, new roofing and new aluminum windows are among a few of the upgrades to the original building built in 1956.
